An organic family farm in Bredsjö with East Friesian dairy sheep, a farm dairy and a cheese café & farm bistro. The farm’s sheep’s milk cheeses, led by the classics Bredsjö Blå and Bredsjö Hård, mature in the earth cellar and are sold to restaurants and shops across Sweden. In season the cheese café serves cheese, food and cakes from the farm, and groups can book all year round. Lena Hall and Lars-Göran Staffare took over the farm in 1987; since 2022 Sara Staffare and Carl Johan Granqvist run the business.
